 Monster Ball

Separate the class into two teams.  Place each half of the team on the opposite sides of the gym behind the black line.  In the center of the gym, there is one cone.  The first player in line will stay behind the line and try to knock over the cone by rolling a ball into it.  The team who’s player knocks the bottle down may get a ball and begin shooting baskets.  The other team must line up on the opposite side of the gym and bounce pass a basketball through their entire group twice.  When they have completed the task, they will yell "stop" and the other team can no longer score baskets.  The team with the highest point total at the end of the game wins.

 In this game, you must shoot only your ball.  The shooting team will always have the same basket.  The teacher will keep track of baskets scored.

a = the "a" team

b = the "b" team

The "shooting side" of the gym is for the team that knocks the pin in the middle down first, the "passing side" is for the other team.
